You Are Not to Blame

Many people carry shame, guilt or self-blame after experiencing trauma or abuse. It can affect how you see yourself, your relationships and your sense of safety. Whatever has happened, you deserve to be heard with compassion and respect. Healing is possible, and support is available when you're ready.

Our Approach

We use a trauma-informed, survivor-centred approach grounded in professional practice. This means:

  • You are in control of your pace and what you share
  • Your safety and wellbeing are prioritised
  • We work collaboratively to support your needs
