We aim to make specialist counselling as accessible as possible through a range of support pathways for clients across Kent, South East London and online across the UK, while maintaining high standards of ethical, trauma-informed care.

Whether you are looking for prompt private support or lower-cost options, we will always aim to guide you honestly and respectfully.

Different people need different levels of flexibility, experience and affordability. Our fee structure is designed to offer options that feel manageable while ensuring safe, professional support.

Private Counselling With Qualified Practitioners

Supervised Low-Cost Counselling

£10 – £20 per session

Delivered by carefully supervised trainee counsellors working within professional and ethical standards.

Suitable for those on lower incomes or facing financial barriers.

Concessionary Counselling Spaces

£35 per session

Delivered by qualified counsellors where reduced-fee spaces are available.

These spaces may be prioritised for those experiencing financial hardship.

General Counselling Qualified Level 4

£50.00 per session

General counselling provides a supportive, and confidential space to explore the challenges you may be experiencing in your life such as

  • Self-esteem
  • Loss and bereavement



Qualified Counsellors Trauma Informed

£60 – £80 per session

This service may be suitable for those experiencing:


  • PTSD or trauma-related symptoms
  • Anxiety and panic
  • Shame or low self-worth
  • Dissociation
  • Flashbacks or intrusive memories
  • People-pleasing or survival responses
  • Childhood trauma
  • Self Harming
  • Suicidal Feelings 


All practitioners are qualified  Level 4 counsellors with additional Service Level B trauma training and work within BACP requirements for professional supervision and ethical practice.

Specialist Trauma-Informed Counselling

£80 – £100 per session

Suitable for those seeking more specialist support for complex trauma or long-standing difficulties.

  • Any type of Interpersonal Trauma
  • Developmental or childhood trauma
  • Chronic dissociation
  • Dissociation Identity Disorder 
  • Attachment trauma
  • Relational trauma
  • Repeated traumatic experiences

All practitioners are qualified Level 5 with advanced Service Level C trauma training and significant clinical experience.
