Trauma-Informed Counselling for Adults and Young People

Survivors Support is a specialist trauma-informed counselling service for adults and young people aged 16 and over. We provide private counselling, workplace wellbeing services and professional training, supporting people affected by trauma, abuse, anxiety and other overwhelming life experiences. How we help

You don't need to identify as having experienced trauma to benefit from counselling. Many people come to counselling because they are struggling with anxiety, low mood, stress, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem or feeling overwhelmed. They may not realise that these challenges can sometimes be connected to difficult or overwhelming life experiences.

You don't need to identify as having experienced trauma or have a diagnosis to access support. Whatever has brought you here, we'll take the time to understand your experiences, explore what's affecting you, and work alongside you in a safe, compassionate and trauma-informed way.
