Our Commitment to Sustainability

We are a  counselling agency committed to environmentally sustainable practice through the way we design, deliver, and promote our services where possible.

1. Low-Carbon Service Delivery

  • Counselling and workshops are delivered online, where appropriate reducing the need for travel and associated carbon emissions where possible.
  • Nationwide online delivery allows participants to access support without commuting or venue-related environmental costs

2. Reduced Paper Use

  • Minimal use of paper through digital records, resources, and communications
  • Electronic storage and sharing of materials reduces printing, ink use, and physical waste

3. Digital-First Communication & Advertising

  • Promotion and outreach are carried out digitally wherever possible, reducing reliance on printed marketing materials
  • Online booking, communication, and feedback systems where possible further reduce resource consumption

4. Sustainable Business Practices

  • Preference for digital tools and platforms that support efficient, remote working
  • Continuous review of processes to reduce waste and improve environmental efficiency as the business grows

We operate a digital-first counselling service that minimises environmental impact through online delivery, reduced paper use, and digital communication, supporting low-carbon, resource-efficient practice.
