This workshop offers a compassionate, survivor-centred exploration of sexual consent, with particular focus on moments when the body responds with a “no” even if words did not—or could not—express it. It aims to validate survivors’ experiences, reduce self-blame, and build understanding of how the nervous system responds to threat.
Key Topics
To develop understanding through education that when the body says “no,” it matters—regardless of what was spoken or expected to be able to feel confident in your behaviour.
This men-only workshop offers a confidential, respectful and supportive space for men who are supporting a survivor of sexual violence. Supporting someone you love who has experienced sexual trauma can be confusing, overwhelming, and isolating. Many men carry questions, emotions, and responsibility quietly—often without a space to talk about it.
We will explore
• Understanding trauma and its impact on relationships
• How to support your partner without trying to “fix” them
• Navigating boundaries, intimacy, and communication
• Managing your own emotions while staying supportive
• Practical tools to support your emotional responses you can use in everyday life
This is not about blame or judgement. It’s about support, understanding, and learning how to show up for both you and your partner.
Regular Online Workshops 7:00-9:00PM £30 per person
