Trauma-informed counselling, staff wellbeing support and specialist guidance for organisations across the UK.
We help employers support staff wellbeing, respond thoughtfully to sensitive issues and build healthier, more respectful workplace cultures.
Every workplace is different. Our support can be tailored to your organisation’s size, needs and culture.
We offer both general counselling and specialist trauma-informed counselling for organisations.
Counselling offers employees a confidential space to explore difficulties affecting their emotional wellbeing, mental health, relationships, or day-to-day functioning.
Support may include:
Specialist trauma-informed support for employees affected by sexual harassment, sexual misconduct, sexual assault and rape or other distressing workplace experiences.
Counselling during organisational change, investigations, grievances, bereavement, conflict or periods of heightened stress.
Thoughtful sessions designed to build awareness, confidence, respectful culture and psychologically safer workplaces.
Support for leaders navigating sensitive people issues with greater confidence, care and professionalism.

We understand that people are not policies. Our work is grounded in real human wellbeing, not tick-box approaches or one size fits all approach.

We recognise how all interpersonal trauma, stress and distress can affect confidence, communication, attendance and workplace functioning.

We work with discretion, professionalism and clear boundaries at all times meeting the standards of the BACP and NCPS

Support available online across the UK, with local options across Kent and South East London where appropriate.
Confidential private counselling is available online and in person, in a space that is private, respectful and centred around you.
We provide specialist, trauma-informed therapeutic and wellbeing support, with a focus on all forms of interpersonal trauma, sexual violence and complex disclosures.
Our work supports organisations in responding safely and appropriately in practice, offering independent expertise where sensitive or complex situations arise.
We work alongside internal HR processes or external professional advisers where appropriate, and can signpost to external HR support where this is required.
We do not provide HR investigations, disciplinary management, or legal or employment law services.

We work with a wide range of organisations, from growing businesses and charities to education settings, care providers and larger employers.
Some organisations already have internal wellbeing teams or EAP services in place. Where more specialist support is needed — particularly around interpersonal trauma, sexual harassment, misconduct, sexual assault, rape or sensitive staff wellbeing concerns — we can offer an additional expert pathway.
Services may include:
If your organisation would like to strengthen staff support, respond well to a sensitive issue or discuss wellbeing options, we would be pleased to hear from you.
